Support and policy

Everything on Denpa runs under denpa.ai/terms. The commitments that matter for builders:

  • Denpa is an information and interface layer. Trades, where they exist, happen on the provider at the user’s own risk. Nothing on any surface is financial advice: a SIGNAL is a call, never a recommendation.
  • Off-money features (airtime, amplification credits) are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash. Never write copy that implies otherwise.
  • No payment or royalty for content unless separately agreed in signed writing.

No nudity or sexual content. No alcohol, tobacco or drug promotion. No violence or self-harm. No hate. No illegal or infringing content. No spam or impersonation. Denpa may remove content, revoke broadcast access or suspend accounts at its discretion.

  • You keep ownership. You grant Denpa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence that includes broadcast and television rights across all media (linear, cable, satellite, streaming, social, connected TV, promo). It survives removal for copies already distributed.
  • You warrant you hold every right and consent involved (people, music, footage, marks) and that the metadata on a take — market call, model or tool, prompt, licence, AI disclosure — is accurate.
  • AI-made media must disclose the tools and models used. No impersonating real people; no passing synthetic media off as authentic.

A fork inherits these rules for anything it ingests or redistributes through the hub. A feature that exceeds the licence above — a new media type, a new distribution channel, a new commercial use — needs the terms updated first.
