Terms & Content Policy
DENPA · BROADCAST PROTOCOL
Nature of the Protocol
Denpa is an information and interface layer. Signals and scores are provided for informational purposes only. Any trades you choose to make occur on Polymarket and are made entirely at your own risk.
No Financial Advice
Signals, scores, and any content displayed by Denpa are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, a recommendation to take any position, or a solicitation to trade any market.
Content Policy
Denpa lets approved creators broadcast and record video (including REACT LIVE takes) that is shown publicly on market pages. By recording or streaming on Denpa you agree not to post content that:
- contains nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material;
- promotes or depicts consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs;
- depicts violence, self-harm, or is otherwise harmful, threatening, or harassing;
- is hateful or discriminatory toward any person or group;
- is illegal, encourages illegal activity, or infringes the rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) of others;
- is spam, deceptive, or impersonates another person.
Denpa may remove any content, revoke broadcast access, or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Recorded clips are retained for a limited period and a selection may be archived; deletion requests can be sent to hi@denpa.ai.
Uploads — License You Grant (Broadcast & Television)
When you upload, record, stream, or otherwise submit any video, audio, image, text, prompt, or other material to Denpa (“Your Content”), you grant Denpa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, encode, reformat, edit, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display, and broadcast and televise Your Content— on the Denpa service and across any media and channels now known or later developed, including linear, cable, satellite, and streaming television, social and connected-TV distribution, and promotional use of the service. This license lasts for as long as Your Content is on the service and, for copies already distributed or broadcast, survives removal to the extent needed for those prior uses, backups, and legal compliance.
Ownership & Your Warranties
You keep ownership of Your Content. By submitting it you represent and warrant that: (a) you own Your Content or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to grant the license above; (b) Your Content does not and its permitted use will not infringe or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person; (c) you have the consent of every identifiable person and the rights to any third-party music, footage, trademarks, or likenesses appearing in Your Content; and (d) all metadata you provide — including the market call, model/tool used, prompt, license selection, and AI disclosure — is accurate and not misleading.
AI-Generated Content & Disclosure
Denpa is a protocol for AI and synthetic media. You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the outputs you upload, and you must accurately disclose the AI tools and models used and comply with all applicable AI-disclosure and synthetic-media laws. Do not upload content that impersonates a real person or that is presented as authentic where it is not. The license-type and commercial-availability options you select describe how others may use Your Content and do not limit the operational license you grant to Denpa under these terms.
No Obligation & No Compensation
Denpa is under no obligation to host, broadcast, televise, feature, retain, or continue to use Your Content, and may decline, schedule, edit for time and format, or remove it at its sole discretion. Unless agreed separately in a signed writing, you will not receive any payment, royalty, or other compensation for Your Content or for its broadcast or television use. Off-money features within the service (for example, airtime or amplification credits) are not money, are not redeemable for cash, and confer no ownership or revenue right. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in Your Content in connection with the uses permitted here.
Third-Party Services
Denpa is an information and interface layer. Polymarket, wallet providers, and any other linked or embedded third-party service are independent of Denpa, outside Denpa’s control, and used entirely at your own risk. Denpa is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of any third-party service.
Indemnity & Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Denpa and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms. Denpa provides the service “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of any signal, score, or market data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denpa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, and Denpa’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount, if any, you paid Denpa in the twelve months before the claim arose. Denpa may update these terms; your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Denpa’s Intellectual Property
The Denpa name, logo, and all software, design, and branding used to operate the service (excluding Your Content and third-party market data) are owned by Denpa or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Denpa’s name, trademarks, or branding without prior written permission.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Denpa infringes your copyright, send a notice to hi@denpa.ai identifying the work claimed to be infringed, the material you believe is infringing and its location on Denpa, and your contact information. Denpa may remove or disable access to material in response and may terminate the access of users determined to be repeat infringers.
Eligibility & Restricted Persons
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use Denpa. You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted- or denied-party list. Denpa may restrict or deny access based on location or other eligibility signals at its discretion.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Denpa each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If any part of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies and the dispute proceeds in individual (non-class) litigation.
Termination
Denpa may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections concerning content licenses, ownership, warranties, indemnity, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Denpa regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements on the subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Denpa’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; Denpa may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
