Before adding any feature, ask

- Should this live in config?
- Does this work for Culture, Sports, Music, Fashion and Film?
- Is a wallet required unnecessarily?
- Does it strengthen Watch → Signal → Resolve → Rank → Follow?
- Does it preserve one canonical signal?
- Does it create a second source of truth?
- Can both mobile and web use this?
- Can this become part of a public field record?
If the answer is no, stop and reconsider.
The rule of thumb

Each fork answers: what domain are we applying that judgment graph to?
